So a couple weeks ago I finally saw What’s New Pussycat?

Release Date:   1965

Producer: Charles K. Feldman

I was surprised how colorful and comedic this film was compared to his films like A Streetcar Named Desire  (1952)  and such but I can see where he’s coming from The Seven Year Itch  (1955).  It’s cool he got to work with Woody Allen in his last two films basicly.  I especially like the scene where Woody is celebrating his 29th birthday alone by the water in a rented Tux while eating dinner on a folding table fancied up but is interrupted by Peter’s character trying to commit suicide. Peter Sellers is way funny by the way!  I think I saw him in a film they screened at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery one summer that was called The Party and was very 70’s feeling.. ah yes here it is The Party  (1968) produced by a different company in the year of Feldman’s death =(.
